Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. - Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of total service fee. - All appointment changes can be made by your confirmation text/email/online booking calendar. - No shows will be charged 100% of the service price and will not be booked in the future. - You will be given a 15 min grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel and reschedule your appointment. - Appointments can be rescheduled once on the same booking. After the first rescheduling, appointment will be cancelled and your retainer will be forfeited. All retainers/deposits & services/treatments are non-refundable.
